Maria Antony Raj: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India; I would like to experiment on larger space with huge forms. My work is usually an arrangement of several fragments where copper sheets, copper wires are been assembles and used. The sculptures are rather being too heavy and solid they are with simplified figures and transparent. My mobile sculpture is on perfect balance so that it will have just a right, subtle movement, but not lose its form in the space. Mobile sculpture has a better connectivity or transaction with the space around. They are more vocal as they alter dimension in the space.
